Box Tracker is constantly being improved. Our customers are smart, savvy waste haulers competing in a tough market. As such they are an excellent source of new ideas. Here are a few of the enhancements already in the works designed to help you leverage the cloud to streamline your dumpster company.
- Customer reminder emails: The system will email your clients to remind them of upcoming deliveries or pick ups.
- myStore integration: myStore is Cairn Applications' proprietary e-commerce solution. Soon, your customers will log into your web site to order and pay for roll-off without calling your office! Payment will be handled by myStore and the work orders will automatically flow directly into Box Tracker.
- Order history online: Customers login to your web site to view their order history.
